In developing our day, domiciliary and supported living services over the past 3 years we have worked to ensure that people who use these services are part of their wider community and have a presence within that community. Our services are further based on people having rights as citizens, having choices in daily life and real chances to be independent.

We aim to be outcome focussed ensuring that service users remain central to this process. We focus on the person's abilities and strengths and constantly aim to improve choices in life. ID is embedding the practices and principals of individualised services and budgets in service delivery.

ID works closely with parents and carers as partners. We work collaboratively with people who have a positive role to play in the lives of people who use our services.
