Tenants move to Riverside property
Michael Phillips is extremely happy since the move he and his housemate Patrick, had to their new property which was purchased by Riverside Housing Association. The tenants old property was too big, on a main road and had no garden, so these were considerations that Riverside took into account when looking for a new house for the two men.
Eventually by working together in partnership ID and Riverside housing found the ideal property and Michael and Patrick were supported to move to their new house. Michael was very keen to start to develop his garden and has worked really hard to build the raised area in his garden and has planted a selection of seeds. Michaels aim now is to grow his own fruit and vegetables to work toward being more self sufficient.
