Employment Success Story

Gail Revell

Gail's journey first started at ID Training, Gail achieved her Literacy and Numeracy qualifications with ID, as well as completing a qualification in employment. Gail is currently undertaking an Office Skills qualification with ID.

Gail completed a work experience programme working as a receptionist at ID on the West Road, based on her hard work Gail was offered an interview for a part time post working as a receptionist at ID's head office in Jesmond. Gail filled in an application form and successfully completed an interview for the job.

Gail was successful and was hired to work as a receptionist; she has been working in this post for seven months now.

Gail said;

"I think working at ID is the best thing in my life at the minute"

"It is really nice working at ID because everyone is really friendly and helpful"

"It is nice to be able to work on my own as well as in a team"
