Quality Policy Statement

ID is committed to providing a quality service that meets the needs of all learners, clients, employers and stakeholders.

Our goal is to respond to all of these groups by providing excellence. ID strives to provide a quality service that meets the needs and aspirations of its students, employers and the local community.

We aim to respond to all of these groups by providing the curriculum and support necessary to enable progression and to allow individuals to grow and develop.

In order to achieve a high level of quality, we have put in place a number of policies and processes to help it improve all aspects of its provision. These are available through the Quality Unit.

The use of learner, employer and staff surveys and student and client consultation groups ensure that ID’s procedures are monitored closely and changed or amended if necessary. Similarly, there is a Complaints, Compliments and Suggestions procedure that is used by all ID customers to ensure that problems are tackled effectively.

ID wishes to recognise and celebrate all of the achievements of its students and is committed to promoting equality and diversity.
