This Diploma is a work-oriented qualification and is suitable for those who undertake Management related activities.

This qualification is suitable for those who are responsible for the control of activities and work output of other managers.

They are open to candidates of either gender and there are no entry barriers on grounds of race, creed or previous academic attainment or learning.

Purpose

The aim of this qualification is to recognise the skills and competences of candidates in the workplace. This qualification provides individuals with an opportunity to demonstrate the skills and knowledge needed for a career in Management and Leadership. The units encompass a broad range of competencies from the Management and Leadership sector.

Structure

To achieve a full OCR Level 5 Diploma in Management, a candidate must complete four mandatory units and three optional units.
