Who is this Diploma for?

This Diploma is a work-oriented qualification and is suitable for those who undertake Management related activities. They are open to candidates of either gender and there are no entry barriers on grounds of race, creed or previous academic attainment or learning.

This Diploma is aimed at candidates who are in work roles where they have a responsibility for the work of others as they lead a team.

Purpose

The aim of this qualification is to recognise the skills and competences of candidates in the workplace. This qualification provides individuals with an opportunity to demonstrate the skills and knowledge needed for a career in Management and Leadership. The units encompass a broad range of competencies from the Management and Leadership sector.

Structure

To achieve a full OCR Level 2 Diploma in Team Leading, candidates must achieve 8 units made up of 4 mandatory units and 2 optional units, at least one unit from each theme.
