What differentiates ID from other training providers is our substantial experience in the direct delivery of social care services, which greatly enhances our understanding of employer need. We have a very experienced team of tutors and assessors who are passionate about up-skilling people to improve the lives of people who need support.

We also have a successful recruitment service. This involves providing pre-employment training to ensure that candidates have all the necessary skills and knowledge required to work in a range of Social Care settings followed by an Apprenticeship framework upon successful appointment.
