Interactive Development has formulated a program for the effective delivery of the NVQ in Health and Social Care. In developing the program, we tried to be user led, consulting with and responding to the expressed needs of providers in the sector. Interactive Development is in the unique position of being a specialised training provider to the Learning Disability Sector; our NVQ assessment team consists of qualified social care professionals from a diverse background with years of experience in NVQ delivery.

Features of the programe are structured training days for delivery of underpinning knowledge and a day's training dedicated to the legislation knowledge requirements. Learners will have at least two appointments each month with their assessor for observation, feedback and planning. It is anticipated that a qualification at Level 2 will be completed in about 6 months, and a Level 3 qualification in approximately 9 months.
