Janine holds a P.G.C.E. teaching qualification and is currently studying for a Diploma in Sociodrama and Action Methods. Janine has been able to use her skills, knowledge and experience of sociodrama and action methods when delivering training to staff who support people with disabilities, as well as when working directly with people who have disabilities. Janine has experience of working in a number of settings, including day services, long-stay hospitals and within education. She has recently held the role of Advocate, representing people with learning disabilities and supporting them to speak up for themselves. This role and her other roles and experiences have equipped Janine with the expertise to deliver effective training on issues that are important to people with learning disabilities.
