You will get an initial visit from the service manager who will discuss your requirements.

You will then be introduced to the support staff.

We will check that you are happy with the arrangements.

This will be reviewed with you within four weeks of the service starting and thereafter every three months.

If at any point you wish to discuss your service the service manager will arrange to meet with you.
