Exit the A1 at the junction signed A184 Gateshead and Newcastle. Continue on this road for approximately 1 and a half miles. At this point move into the outside lane to take the flyover. Go across the Redheugh Bridge, through three sets of traffic lights (You should be heading straight for St James Park). When you reach the roundabout turn left then right straightaway at the traffic lights onto Strawberry Place. Turn left after the Strawberry Pub onto St James Street. Our office is the last building on the left, number 17.
A19 (Tyne Tunnel/Silverlink roundabout):
From the A19 follow signs for Newcastle A1058. Continue on this road for approximately 5 miles. Pass the Cradlewell pub and the Punchbowl on your right. Continue straight on at the traffic lights. Continue down Jesmond Road (A1058) until you reach a set of traffic lights. Go straight on at these lights and move over to the middle lane before you reach the next set of lights. This lane will join the A167 Northbound (signposted Newcastle North and Jedburgh). Once on the A167 (Central Motorway) take the second exit (signposted Newcastle and RVI). Take the first exit at the small roundabout. At the next roundabout turn right (third exit). Continue past the Royal Victoria Infirmary (RVI). At the small roundabout turn left (first exit) past the Trent House pub. Follow the road round, heading towards St James Park. St James Street is the second left. The id office is on the corner opposite, next to the post box. Number 17.
