From Newcastle Central Station (Neville Street). Exit Train Station and turn left towards The Centre for Life museum, pass the museum. At the traffic lights go straight on onto Westmorland Street. Continue straight on at the next set of traffic lights. You will pass the ‘discovery museum’ on your right hand side. Continue up the bank and straight on at the roundabout. At the next roundabout turn right (third exit) up Rye Hill. When you get to the roundabout turn left (first exit). You are now on Elswick Road (B1311) continue on this road for approx 2.5 miles (Elswick Road becomes Adelaide Terrace then benwell View then Whickham View – B1311). Turn left onto Muscott Grove.
